摘要: 首先建立基于雷暴和強(qiáng)風(fēng)等多種極端天氣的配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障率模型和計算方法，并提出韌性評估指標(biāo)；然后建立考慮移動儲能裝置調(diào)度的配電網(wǎng)韌性規(guī)劃模型。Abstract: Firstly, establish a fault rate model and calculation method for distribution networks based on various extreme weather conditions such as thunderstorms and strong winds,and propose resilience evaluation indicators.Then establish a resilience planning model for distribution networks considering the scheduling of mobile energy storage devices.
